Ready to take your fitness to the water? Our Masters Swim program is ideal for adults who want to enhance their swimming technique, endurance, and overall well-being in a friendly, non-competitive environment. Whether you’re a former competitive swimmer returning to the pool, a dedicated lap swimmer seeking structured workouts, or a triathlete focused on improving endurance and technique, our Masters program delivers. With written workouts that can be tailored to your fitness level, you'll feel more confident and efficient in the water. We focus on fun, friendship, and fitness, not just fast times.
For swimmers 18 and older who can swim a front crawl at least 100 yards without stopping.
You will need goggles and a swim cap (for long hair). Kickboards, pull buoys, short fins, and paddles are optional and are available for use at the pool.
If you're unsure if Masters is right for you please contact maureen.mook@rpsmn.org.
