Early Childhood Family Education classes are offered in Richfield at the Central Education Center. Fees are based on a sliding scale, and no one is turned away for inability to pay!

Red or green, chicken or cheese, enchiladas are a traditional Mexican favorite. No need for take-out when you can make them easily at home. You choose the filling and sauces. Finish your dish with homemade guacamole, salsa and a cactus salad, ensalada de nopal. This is a bilingual class offered in English and Spanish.
Las enchiladas rojas o verdes de pollo o queso son un platillo tradicional de México. Ya no tiene que ordenarlas para llevar, porque puede hacerlas fácilmente en casa. Usted escoge el relleno y la salsa. Termine su platillo con un guacamole fresco hecho a mano y una ensalada de nopal. Esta es una clase bilingüe en inglés y español.
