Spring Summer 2025- Youth Enrichment
The Spartan Summer Power program is a great opportunity to get into shape, improve your athletic ability, build confidence, get stronger, and build friendships with other Richfield Athletes! This three day a week program will cover weight lifting, speed, agility, and conditioning for all experience levels and sports.
Incoming 10th-12th grade students or students who have previously participated in Spartan Power will have the opportunity to earn a Letter if they meet the following criteria:
- Attend one of Baseline Testing sessions on May 28, 29, or 30 3:40 PM- 4:30 PM. Novice students do not need to attend baseline testing.
- Attend 15 of the 18 sessions.
- Attend and record baselines on July 21st.
- Make Gains in Bench, Squat, and Clean.
