Early Childhood Family Education classes are offered in Richfield at the Central Education Center. Fees are based on a sliding scale, and no one is turned away for inability to pay!

Families can play and learn together at events or activities.
Basic water safety and five levels of swim instruction.
At ECFE, we know the importance of children (and adults!) spending time outside. We will meet outdoors in the Central Education Center Outdoor Classroom to offer a class that connects young learners with nature, creativity, and scientific inquiry. Children will stay outdoors for the full class. Caregivers will separate for a portion of the class with a licensed parent educator examining topics relevant to their child’s age
En ECFE, sabemos la importancia de que los niños (¡y los adultos!) pasen tiempo al aire libre. Nos reuniremos al aire libre en el salón al aire libre del Centro de Educación Central para ofrecer una clase que conecte a los estudiantes jóvenes con la naturaleza, la creatividad y la investigación científica. Los niños permanecerán al aire libre durante toda la clase. Los padres/cuidadores se separarán durante una parte de la clase con una educadora de padres autorizada que examinará temas relevantes para la edad de su hijo.
Hi families! My name is Shanyn Hill and I have been an Early Childhood Educator for 9 years. This is my third year with Richfield ECFE and I love being a part of this community! I grew up in a suburb of Chicago, IL and moved here to attend the University of Minnesota where I earned my Masters in Early Childhood Education. In my spare time I enjoy dancing, gardening, baking, and walking/hiking! Can't wait to meet you!
