Early Childhood Family Education classes are offered in Richfield at the Central Education Center. Fees are based on a sliding scale, and no one is turned away for inability to pay!

We’ll discuss signs, symptoms, and risk factors of a heart attack, hormones and your heart, foods that can help prevent and reverse heart disease, helpful nutrients, exercises, and the four numbers you need to know that could save your life.
