Swim lessons based on the Olympic Style program will teach children proper swimming technique for the four fundamental swim strokes. Water safety will be taught while giving children the confidence to swim independently. Students must be able to listen and follow directions.

This class is for children ages 5-17 who can swim freestyle with good side breathing, the backstroke with good body position, have a good breaststroke kick, and can dive headfirst. Lessons will be taught primarily in deep water.

In level 4 swimmers will learn:

Breaststroke timing
Streamlines with dolphin Kick
Butterfly
Flip turns at the wall
