Early Childhood Family Education classes are offered in Richfield at the Central Education Center. Fees are based on a sliding scale, and no one is turned away for inability to pay!

Let us welcome you to Richfield Public Schools with an inclusive, multilingual playgroup! This class will be taught in English with support from Spanish and Somali-speaking staff for a multilingual experience. This is a great class for families looking for extra play experience and/or working towards goals on an IFSP or IEP. Caregivers will stay with their children for the playgroup and focus on building essential social and emotional skills while having fun with new friends. All are welcome!
¡Permítanos darle la bienvenida a las Escuelas Públicas de Richfield con un grupo de juego inclusivo y multilingüe! Esta clase se impartirá en inglés con el apoyo de personal que habla español y somalí para una experiencia multilingüe. Esta es una gran clase para las familias que estén buscando una experiencia de juego adicional y/o que estén trabajando en alcanzar metas para su IFSP o IEP. Hi families! My name is Shanyn Hill and I have been an Early Childhood Educator for 9 years. This is my third year with Richfield ECFE and I love being a part of this community! I grew up in a suburb of Chicago, IL and moved here to attend the University of Minnesota where I earned my Masters in Early Childhood Education. In my spare time I enjoy dancing, gardening, baking, and walking/hiking! Can't wait to meet you!
